Today we will gather together for worship as a congregation for the last time. Today we will celebrate the ministry of St. Peter Lutheran Church that began in 1911 and concludes on this day. Today we will hear the words β€œwell done good and faithful servants.” Today we will cry as we say farewell to a place where baptisms, marriages, confirmations, memorials, Christmas programs, Easter celebrations and so many more events that happened within this church. Today we will celebrate together as we close this church and are sent out to find new places of belonging. Thanks be to God!
