This building in Lebanon cools itself, heats itself, and handles its own water.
Most architects and engineers were never taught how.
Our founder Moein wasn't either.
It is not a personal failure. It is just not in the school.
But the projects have changed.
Every month we get calls from people who just won a job with a green facade or a water system, and they don't know where to start.
They can't price it. They can't build it. And they don't know how to keep it alive after year one.
So the work exists. The people who can do it don't.
We have spent 15 years building these. Water reuse, natural cooling and heating, green walls and roofs. Real projects in more than 20 countries.
We already made the mistakes.
That is what Biotonomy Academy teaches. Not theory. The systems, the numbers, the drawings, and what goes wrong on site.
It is for anyone working with buildings and cities. Architects, engineers, builders, developers, owners, city people. You do not need a technical background to follow it.
Doors open Monday, August 24. We only open two or three times a year.
