Kid's Life - Turning Point Church Kid’s Life is deeply rooted in Biblical truth: God knows me. Jesus loves me. The Holy Spirit leads me. I am a child of God.

We disciple children from birth through 5th grade, helping them discover their place in God’s big story. Kid’s Life is a family-focused ministry that equips parents and caregivers as disciple-makers, partnering with you to nurture and guide your children in their faith journey.

God had promised a King. The prophets had foretold His story. In the Waiting for Jesus series, we will have the opportunity to read the words of the prophet Isaiah as he tells of the coming King. We will also explore the nativity story, ask questions about Jesus’ birthday, and celebrate the coming of Immanuel—God with us.

This month, we invite your family into the long-expected nature of the Messiah’s birth and also His second advent. He has come. He is coming! Let us rejoice in who He is and all that He is to us—now and forever.

Faith is being sure of what we hope for. It is being certain of what we do not see. —Hebrews 11:1

Dear Families,

We’re about to launch our new series—God Speaks—and we’re so excited!

Relationships can’t happen without communication, and our God is relational. He knows us and wants to be known by us. He is the God who speaks! Throughout His story, we see our Father talking to His kids. During our God Speaks series, we’ll explore four Old Testament stories of God communicating with His people. Whether in an audible voice or a gentle whisper, or through the advice of others, God speaks. And His words are always worth listening to!

We invite your family to join us this month. Together, let’s tune our ears to the voice of our loving Father in expectation that He will speak!

Hey Kid's Life Families,

I wanted to take a moment to highlight a very special part of your children's spiritual journey: Worship!

Worship is a vital part of every child’s relationship with God—it’s actually built into who we are! And while singing songs is super fun, worship isn’t just about music. It’s about showing love to God with our hearts, words, and actions.

We see worship throughout the Bible—from the very beginning in Genesis to the very end in Revelation. It’s in the way God created the world, in the life of Jesus, in the prayers and songs of God’s people, and in the ways people live faithfully every day.

Worship can take many forms. Sometimes it’s singing, praying, or spending quiet time with God. Other times, it’s reflected in how we live—being kind, listening, helping, and loving others like Jesus. Every act of worship matters, and each one can help strengthen the others!

Let’s encourage our children to worship with hearts full of wonder—the kind of wonder that remembers the God who hung the stars in the sky also calls each of us by name.

I'm excited to start our new series—God Rescues!
Starts Oct 5th and runs through Oct 26th

We all love a good rescue story where a hero arrives just in time to save the day. Because of our sin, we all need to be rescued—and God had the perfect plan for a rescue mission to save His people! God’s plan started long ago when He promised a Redeemer and Rescuer. The series, God Rescues, dives into four Old Testament stories of God working out His rescue plan among His people. In each, kids will discover God’s plan, power, and care for His people as He leads the way to a great rescue of salvation.

I invite you to join us as we explore some of the greatest rescues of all time by the greatest Rescuer of all time!

God's Family: September 7th to 28th

In the fateful moment when Adam and Even took the fruit and ate it, God's plan was already in motion. His heart was set on relationship, and His plan was to restore all that was lost in that moment.

In this series, we'll explore God's faithfulness to the earliest members of his family: Abraham, Sarah, Isaac, and Jacob. Through their stories, we'll see that God has a plan, keeps his promises, and is always faithful. It's from this very family that God would eventually send Jesus, the One who makes all things right.
