THEY NEED YOUR HELP…..Everyone that comes here has cancer and covet your prayers. Others that come need much more than prayers they need your help. I had a guest arrive two nights ago at 10:30 PM from McAllen Texas. The guest name is Veronica Godoy. I was just able to meet them this morning. They spent all day yesterday at MDA. She has an appointment with a doctor there Friday but due to the pain level and her condition I have recommended they take her to the ER tonight. She is accompanied by her husband and mom. Veronica has something I have never heard of. She has ardocrin carcanoid tumors all in her body. She has gone septic with this before. They have attached themselves to her kidney, liver, spine and are now in her small bowel. She is in a lot of pain. She has not been able to eat or drink anything but water in the past 30 days because the tumors has now grown in her small bowel and nothing can pass through. She has lost over 40 lbs. in this past month. Her husband Rick and mom Nina will be by her side. They need financial assistance. I gave them gift cards today but that is not going to help them while they are in the hospital. I would like for you to help me in assisting them with things they can eat while in the hospital. Like the little $1.00 tuna and cracker can sets, chicken salad and cracker can sets (I am not familiar with these but they said that is what they existed on before when she was in the hospital). They don’t want any chips or cookies. Cheese and cracker packages, maybe some apples and oranges. I don’t know I just know they need help. Visa gift cards…. No begging, and no guilt trips just asking is this something you are suppose to leave your DNA on? We get the opportunity to help people all the time. We hear of them, where you don't.
