Last night, we were reminded that the Gospel is enough to justify any person without anything added to it. We don’t have to earn righteousness through good works. Through faith in Jesus Christ and His finished work, we can receive the righteousness He freely offers.

October is Pastor Appreciation Month!

Grace Baptist Church has so much to be thankful for as we reflect on the past 12 years of faithful leadership and ministry. On September 28, 2012, Pastor Klassen assumed the pastorate of Grace Baptist Church, and he has faithfully served the Lord and led our church ever since.

Over the years, he has preached thousands of sermons, spent countless hours counseling, visiting, and caring for our church family, and relentlessly pursued opportunities to reach the lost with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The Lord has greatly used Pastor Klassen to faithfully shepherd His church, and we could not be more grateful for his ministry and all that he does for Grace!

Right alongside him every step of the way has been his wife, Ms. Mallory. She has faithfully poured herself into the many ministries of Grace, supported her husband in the calling God has placed on his life, and exemplified what it means to be a godly lady, wife, and mother. Pastor Klassen has often said that he could not do what God has called him to do without his faithful wife serving alongside him. We are incredibly thankful for Ms. Mallory, her faithful service, and the countless and often unseen ways she has poured into our church!

A lot has changed in 12 years (pictured), but some things have remained the same. Through 12 years of pastoring, Pastor Klassen has remained the unwavering in his commitment to biblical truth and a biblical philosophy of ministry. The same truth that was preached 12 years ago is the same truth that is being proclaimed from the pulpit today. We are thankful for our Pastor's consistent ministry in the midst of a changing culture.

⭐️LADIES’ RETREAT 2026⭐️

Thankful for the uplifting day that the ladies of GBC were able to have at this year’s retreat! Because of the focus on God’s Word, this retreat always meets us right where we are, challenges, convicts, and helps us in ways that are specific for women and the roles we carry.

AWANA Clubs is BACK Starting Tonight!

AWANA Clubs is a child discipleship program that introduces age-appropriate Bible concepts and helps to build a foundation for each child to know Biblical truth. Through engaging lessons, Bible memory verse and book work, and exciting games each week, our desire is for each child in the AWANA program to develop a love and passion for knowing Christ and to have fun while doing so! AWANA Club follows a traditional school calendar and meets every Wednesday from 7 pm- 8 pm throughout the months of Sept-May.

We strongly believe that there is no substitute for in-person attendance at a service. What an incredible week of VBS!

We are so thankful for all the children, families, volunteers, and workers who helped make this week so special. Through Bible lessons, songs, skits, and many hours of preparation we were able to share the Gospel with many children in our community.

We are praising the Lord that we saw five children accept Jesus Christ as their Savior this week! We rejoice in what God has done and give Him all the glory!
