Just a friendly reminder, next Sunday is Graduation Sunday:

I am sharing the list since a few people have asked for a list, I have received the following forms:

Grayson Shelton
Emily Price
Hannah Nance
Zander Ashley
Jessica Byerly

All Graduates will receive a draft of their slide this week with the opportunity to give feedback and make adjustments as needed.

We will have refreshments and finger foods after church, please feel free to bring your favorite with you to share!

Joe and I will be providing the following, just so we can try to prevent too many duplicates, you can comment here if you would like to comment what you plan to bring but, no pressure:

Graduation cupcakes
Veggie Tray with dip
2026 Graduation Decorations, including plates, napkins, party cups, dessert plates, plastic ware, table clothes for food table, gift table decorations for each graduate
Ice in a cooler and different types of soda

Friendly reminder that next Sunday is graduation Sunday! If you haven't gotten your form in please do it today.

Senior Sunday Celebration...save the date...May 31st

We are doing something a little different this year...in order to avoid all the May holidays, we are going to push graduation Sunday back a little further in the month

We will have light refreshments to follow the worship service that day and we will of course present our graduates. A form will be coming out soon so, be on the lookout.

Here is an update from Angie Hutchens, we know many of you have been praying today...

Thanks to everyone for the prayers for Edward and our family. We appreciate all the thoughts and love from our Mayo family. Edward is out of surgery and doing well. They did have to take the whole kidney but we are blessed that the procedure went well.

If you are able to give to AE please do, they have publicly requested prayer a few times this week, this young lady has had a few complications and rough go this week and I know these parents and this family is exhausted.

This type of fundraiser is a little harder to manage then the list because I can't see what is left like I can on list to know what the needs are or give tips but there are a variety of ways to give listed.

There are many fast food restaurants that offer e gift cards, chicken fil a, Starbucks, doordash, you can venmo Kathryn if you don't like to use gofundme and then of course they have a gofundme that someone else has set up for them.

Please help out if you can, they are staying in the Ronald McDonald house and they have to be exhausted. Anything to lift their spirits and let them know we are thinking of them and sending them prayers and love during this difficult time ❤️

In case you are unfamiliar, this is a young lady from McMichael high school who started out with the flu which turned into pneumonia, and is now on ECMO and her family is staying in the Ronald McDonald house currently.

We have planned 2 different times to do a luncheon for her after church and the weather just keeps not cooperating with us so we would like to offer some alternatives instead of postponing yet again...

All I can say is thank you all from the bottom of my heart...multiple times this week Brittany Nickelston Wyrick has been cleared and I have had to ask her to add more items...give her ideas of things to add...due to the snow storms it really had created some challenges because she had been unable to go to the house and really assess what was needed and of course insurance hasn't been able to come either and now with this storm this weekend there will be more delays. On behalf of this family...thank ya'll for your generosity, your love, kindness and prayers. I know more than just the people in our church gave to the cause so please pass on to others.

If you still feel led to give or maybe allowing for other ways to help...her friends have set up a bank account if you would like to make a deposit.

She does have venmo as well but double check to make sure you are using the correct one as someone make a fake one (venmo has been notified)
