What a joy it was to continue celebrating after our first Baptism Sunday with a church family cookout!

There’s something special about gathering around the table after witnessing God’s work in the lives of believers who have publicly declared their faith in Christ. We enjoyed great food, sweet fellowship, lots of laughter, and the opportunity to encourage one another as brothers and sisters in Christ.

Thank you to everyone who helped prepare, serve, and make the day so memorable. Most of all, we thank the Lord for His faithfulness and for the new life we celebrated together.

What a joy-filled day at Crossroads Clifton Baptist Church as we celebrated our very first Baptism Sunday!

There is nothing more exciting than witnessing believers publicly proclaim their faith in Jesus Christ and celebrate the reality of passing from death to life through Him. Today, we rejoiced as these sisters took this important step of obedience, declaring that they have been made new in Christ.

As a church family, we are committed not only to celebrating this moment but also to walking alongside them as they grow in their faith. Join us in praying for these new believers and helping disciple them as they continue forward in the new life Christ has given them.

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.” — 2 Corinthians 5:17

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our nation. Their courage, selflessness, and love for others will never be forgotten.

As we gather with family and friends this Memorial Day, may we also take time to reflect with sincere gratitude for the freedoms we enjoy because of those who gave everything in service to our country.

“Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.” — John 15:13

A few weeks ago, we had the joy of celebrating Mother’s Day and Child Dedication Sunday together at Crossroads Clifton Baptist Church, and our hearts are still full from such a special day.

We are so thankful for every family member, friend, and church family member who came to support and pray over these precious children and their families. What a beautiful reminder that raising children to know and love the Lord is not meant to be done alone.

As a church, we are committed to standing beside these parents — encouraging them, praying for them, and helping point the next generation to Jesus every step of the way. We are grateful for the trust these families placed in us and excited to watch what God will do in the lives of these children in the years ahead.

“Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” — Proverbs 22:6

Mother’s Day is a beautiful day of celebration… but for many, it can also bring a mix of emotions.

For some, it’s a day filled with joy, laughter, and gratitude for moms, grandmothers, and the women who have shaped our lives. For others, it may carry feelings of grief, longing, heartache, or unanswered prayers.

No matter what this day means to you, we want you to know there is a place for you at Crossroads Clifton Baptist Church.
