Lots of good stuff going on at 489 Stallion Rd., Inman, SC!! Rock work is complete, Swofford electrical students have gotten a lot of wiring done… education wing is basically ready for rough-in, and they have started work in the worship center! The Carpentry students have nailed up trim around a lot of the windows and small porch doors and about 70% of the soffit is done. Last Wednesday night was workship and we spent the majority of that time cleaning up. We love being on that beautiful piece of property working on that beautiful building the Lord is blessing us with! If you haven’t driven by it, please feel free to do that. Be careful if you go inside…“There’s a Ghost in there!” and everyone who walks through feels it. It’s the Holy Ghost! 🙌 🙌

Life’s been busy and a bit crazy the past couple of weeks so we’ve failed to post updates on our beautiful church. This past Saturday the Men’s Ministry at Boiling Springs First put siding on the back gable of the worship center. Such a huge blessing! Monday (yesterday) the rock masons started the rock work, and Atkins Data Services started installation of wiring for security cameras, AV, TVs, etc. Today Swofford Career Center brought 15 electrician students led by Craig Seay and 10 carpentry students led by Tommy Page to help us get this knocked out!! We are blown away by the goodness of God!! Let’s GOOOO!!!

Tyler did a great job organizing a scavenger hunt in downtown Boone on Wednesday. The kids had so much fun that he scheduled another one in downtown Blowing Rock on Thursday. They LOVED doing this, and they are all COMPETITIVE (including the leaders)!! Assignments are in the captions. Boys won in Boone, Girls won in Blowing Rock. Fun times at Surviving Upstream 2.0!

You can see the five boys in the picture, but what you can’t see is that they are surrounding and praying with all seven of the girls. Lives rededicated to the Lord is what it’s about. What. A.
