WOULD YOU LIKE TO HELP GTM'S NETHERLANDS MISSION?
We are excited about the doors that have opened into a new country, Netherlands 🇳🇱. The goal is as always, to share the gospel of Jesus Christ through music, and here primarily Gospel Music. We are doing our first Music Mission Trip there in a long time (out of hopefully many more) next week (December 10-14)
Our team consisting of our dear music missionary Zeke Locke and 3 wonderful music and Bible students from Norway (led by our very own Maria Teistedal Vikre) will have a chance to work with the downtrodden in the Netherlands; such as the elderly and lonely (a special winter festival), the homeless community and possibly also inside a prison 🙏 And of course; we will also be at a Gospel choir event that will hopefully start a great partnership with our friends in Holland - and be a catalyst for the Gospel message across the nation!
We hope to show the love of Christ with those we meet, and we need help with a couple of things:
- FUNDS FOR WARM CLOTHES AND POSSIBLY SLEEPING BAGS (if we get enough money) to give out to the homeless there. How it works in Netherlands is different from many other countries; as there are very strict rules for homeless shelters there, as you have to reach a very low temperature level for them to open up. That means, that in quite cold weather, many are sleeping outside. There is therefore a great need for sleeping bags and warm clothing.
- FUNDS FOR EVANGELISM PACKETS. We will be handing out material everywhere we go, which includes the Gospel presentation, some discipleship material and a bit of something eatable!
