Psalm 32 is a companion psalm to Psalm 51. While Psalm 51 emphasizes the sorrow and confession of David’s repentance, Psalm 32 focuses on the joy that follows repentance.

In this message, Pastor Marc Williamson preaches on the blessedness of forgiveness and the restoring grace of God. David looks back on a season of hidden sin and spiritual heaviness, then celebrates the mercy of the Lord who forgave, covered, and did not impute his sin.

This psalm reminds believers that repentance is not the road to misery—it is the doorway to spiritual joy. When sin is confessed before God, the burden of guilt is lifted, fellowship is restored, and the repentant heart can rejoice in the Lord.

In this message, Pastor Marc Williamson preaches from 1 Peter 1:1-7 on the living hope believers have in Jesus Christ. Peter wrote to scattered and suffering Christians who were facing persecution, loss, and discouragement, yet he reminded them that their hope was not tied to their circumstances—it was anchored in the resurrection of Christ.

This passage teaches us that Christians may feel like strangers in this world, but they are not forgotten by God. Through Christ, believers have a living hope, an eternal inheritance reserved in heaven, and the keeping power of God to sustain them through every trial.

When life hurts, God’s Word points us to the risen Saviour, whose resurrection gives His people real comfort, lasting assurance, and hope that will never fade.
