Due to the increase in COVID cases, the Executive Committee of our Upstate RMN is changing the venue, previously Ciclops Cyderi, for the social gathering planned for the evening of August 31.

The gathering will now be on Zoom. We know, not as much fun, but safer. We do hope that you will join us as we discuss what’s been happening (or not happening) in the Methodist church, what’s happening in the Reconciling Ministries Network, and a group project we hope to get started. Please join us and let’s get up-to-date and get going.

One of Trinity's local Missions partners, TOTAL Ministries of Spartanburg County is facing an unprecedented need for their goods and services, while seeing a decrease in donations. We know that there are many in Trinity's family that want to help.

All next week (Monday thru Thursday), from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM, drop off any food donations to Trinity's Welcome Center area. There will be a sign on the pew to your left when you first walk in. Leave your donations on or near the pew. Several members from our Joy Sunday School class will collect the donations after Thursday and deliver them to TOTAL Ministries.

Here are some great ideas for donations:
-canned tuna, salmon, chicken or other meats
-canned beans, canned chili
-canned soups and stews
-dried beans
-peanut butter
-nuts
-trail mix

Of course, you can't go wrong with any monetary donation! Go to totalministries.org to make a financial gift.
