and lasting relationships, while providing resources, education and developmental opportunities to empower women to become active, vital assets to our community, now and for generations to come. Sojourner's Journey believes all humans are created in the image of God. The shame and hopelessness caused by our sin separates us from the truth and freedom in our identity as children of God. We believe we are all created for great things, and through the knowledge and belief in the beauty of the resurrected Christ, we are freed from the bondage of sin, and through the power of the Holy Spirit, we come out of darkness, and become beacons of light and hope; illuminating God's image to the world.
