Our Paul in Rome VBS starts Sunday. We still have a lot to do and can use any help available and time you can spare. We will be working at the church every afternoon. If you have a part to play (actors, games, teachers) please try to come and go over your assignments or decorate your room. Sunday afternoon is going to be tight to finish up!

We are sorry to hear of the passing of Jan Hattaway and our prayers are with her family. The service for her will be Friday at 2 pm at Mineral Springs Baptist Church with visitation at 1 pm prior to the service.

We have a list of items we need for our Rome VBS skits and games. If you can let us borrow any of these, please bring them to church at your earliest convenience or give them to one of us.

Jump ropes for kids
Rubber excercise ball for a "shot put" throw
Several laundry baskets
5 Tennis balls
small rhinestones for necklace
stuffed animals like sheep, birds, pigs, cows, chickens
small kids plastic wading pools (need 2)
