New Life Summer Care Registration opens TOMORROW!!

Ages K-5 through 6th grade (these are grades entering into this fall)

There are a couple of ways that you can go about getting registered.

1. Simply stop by the church and pick up a registration packet. Fill out the forms and return them to me. (You can pick up a packet on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday’s from 9-1 or 2-6, On Thursday & Friday from 2-6)

2. Log onto our church website and download all the registration forms. Fill out the ones that need to be turned back in & email them to me or drop them by the church.

If you are new to our program, you may also click on the registration link to enter your info into our computer program. You will still need to download, fill out and email or drop off the other forms to me.

I am asking that all students who have been or are currently enrolled in one of our programs to fill out the required paperwork too. I want to update your info in the computer.
