REMINDER: Milton Blake’s memorial service will be held this Saturday morning at 10:00am at Abiding Grace. Please dress in colorful attire!

All are welcome to attend as we gather to give thanks for Milton’s life, commend him into God’s eternal care, and surround his family with love and support.

Dear Abiding Grace Family,

We are saddened to share that Milton Blake has taken his place among the saints in glory. Please keep his family and loved ones in your prayers during this difficult time, especially his daughter Robin.

Milton’s funeral service will be held this Saturday morning at 10:00am at Abiding Grace. All are welcome to attend as we gather to give thanks for Milton’s life, commend him into God’s eternal care, and surround his family with love and support.

As Christians, we grieve with hope, trusting in the promise of the resurrection through Jesus Christ.

Several years ago, we purchased an organ that came with 8 heavy duty speakers. We needed a place to hide the speakers, so we built large wooden boxes above our chancel. The organ stopped working and was replaced a few years ago with an organ that is now part of our sound system, but the boxes and speakers remained. Yesterday, a group of guys took on the Herculean task of removing the heavy speakers and boxes. They then touched up the walls and painted. It looks great, and the sanctuary feels bigger! Thank you so much to Paul Payne, Guy Griffin, Brian Michel, and Adam Michel!

If anyone would like 8 big wooden speakers, come and get them! They kick out a lot of sound.
