The Lord only told a handful of people to go into all the world and teach.... which explains why hordes of people are going into all the world and manipulating.

1 Samuel 15:10–11
Then came the word of the LORD unto Samuel, saying, It repenteth me that I have set up Saul to be king: for he is turned back from following me, and hath not performed my commandments. And it grieved Samuel; and he cried unto the LORD all night.

How one responds to and respects God's word means EVERYTHING.... not one's talent, one's status, one's looks, or one's charisma. Beware of antichristian qualifiers.

Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them. For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.

When it comes to prayer, effectual and powerful are two different things. The first is what God calls for and the latter is a subjective aberration of man, making it heresy.
