The CityGate We are a local church & regional ekklesia based in Southaven, MS (Memphis, TN metro).

We believe in the 5-fold ministry gifts according to Eph. 4:11 and are active in the gifts of the Spirit with vibrant, prophetic worship and biblical, kingdom teaching. The CityGate is a training, equipping and activating ministry serving the Memphis-Metro area and beyond. Our passion is to see followers of Christ discipled and matured to fulfill their God-given dreams and destiny.

On Sunday our children prayed over the Desoto County Sheriff, his leadership and administration. We had the honor of praying over him and Linda and thanking them for their commitment to our county, state, and country as a US Marine and 30+ years of leadership in the state of Mississippi. The future is bright for our young people because of faithful and faith-filled leaders like the Tuggles! Thank you Sheriff Thomas E. Tuggle and Linda!

Special Sunday today as we thanked and honored Thomas and Kathy Lostritto for 10+ years of children and family ministry oversight. (Don’t worry! They’re not going anywhere!) We blessed and commissioned Taylor Womack into children’s ministry! She’ll be overseeing nursery, preschool, and elementary age kids ministries. Let’s THANK Thomas and Kathy for their commitment and continued eldership and leadership in the church and welcome Taylor as she leads our kids, volunteers, and families!
