🛒 Faith in Action: Non-Food Collection
It’s the second Sunday of the month! Help us support our neighbors at the South Windsor Food Bank by dropping off essential non-food items in the narthex grocery cart. Participation is always completely voluntary.
We are currently collecting:
Laundry & dish detergents
Soap & body wash
Paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels)

We continue to collect empty egg cartons and small toiletry items for MACC (Manchester Area Conference of Churches), as well. Look for the small box in the narthex.

What a Sunday we have ahead of us! ✨
Join us this Sunday, September 6, at 10:00 AM for the Fifteenth Sunday after Pentecost. We have a full morning of celebration, community, and worship planned:
🍇 Holy Communion & Deacons' Fund: Since it's the first Sunday of the month, we will share communion together. All are welcome to partake in our communion. Our offering this week supports our Deacons’ Fund, which helps care for both our church family and neighbors in need.
🎓 Scholarship Sunday: Let’s celebrate our amazing high school graduates and post-secondary students! We will be recognizing their hard work and blessing their exciting journeys and new year ahead.
📖 Pastor Dean’s Message: Pastor Dean will lead worship with his sermon, “It happened at this table!” centered on Matthew 9:10-11. This week’s theme will challenge us: “We can live by the script we were taught or write our own!!”
No matter where you are on your journey, there is a place for you at the table.

Pastor Dean is enjoying some well-deserved time off this week, and we are thrilled to welcome The Rev. Dr. Charlotte Wright to the pulpit! She will be sharing a powerful message titled "A Changed Mind."
Our theme for the week reminds us of our deep connection: “The loving God, the living moving spirit of God has called us together to witness, celebrate and struggle through faith.”

We are participating in the town-wide tag sale on
Saturday, August 8th from 9am - 3pm!
Come shop our giant sale in our air-conditioned Fellowship Hall!
If stairs are an issue, we'll give you a lift on our lift 😃

We'll have something for everyone.

While our lower hall will be nice and cool, our grill will be HOT! We'll be serving hot dogs, water, chips, and soda too.
