But I must state here:

I’ve heard so many say,
“I was saved and baptized.”

You cannot be taught wrong and then be right by following or submitting to a false teaching.
Being baptized because you are already saved is false teaching.

Unless you are immersed into Christ His way and by His terms, you are still in your sin.
Anyone who wants to be saved needs to respond to and obey Jesus’ teaching on this subject of immersion.
It is the place where, the time when and the method by which we have our sins washed away.
It is the way God has provided for a person the have his/her sin washed away.

Acts 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
