We are looking forward to welcoming Fr. Joby from the Missionaries of the Blessed Sacrament (MCBS) July 18th and 19th. He will coming for the annual mission appeal for their parish community in Tanzania, Africa. We are so excited to partner with them through the World Mission Ministries office at the Archdiocese.
This has been a wonderful partnership over the last several years, and God has taken our prayers and generous donations and made something so great in Tanzania. The latest project is a children's village, in which orphaned and abandoned children have a safe place to call home. All of this was in part to the money raised last summer, and once the project is complete, a special blessing and dedication to Divine Mercy Parish will take place.
