Our historic South Lake Tahoe, CA church (Christiansciencechurchslt.org) is a Branch of The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist in Boston, Massachusetts and has been serving our community since 1935.

Christian Scientists world-wide study a weekly Lesson Sermon which is then read at our Sunday service. All are welcome to join us in-person or via Zoom. The Lesson Sermon subject for the week ending Sunday June 21, 2026 is “Is the Universe, Including Man, Evolved by Atomic Force?”. The Golden Text is from the New Revised Standard Version Updated Edition II Timothy: “. . . the Lord will give you understanding in all things”.

Our hybrid services and meetings are available to all in-person and via Zoom. Sunday services begin at 10am US Pacific Time. Sunday School for pupils up to the age of twenty also starts at 10am. Wednesday testimony meetings begin at 7pm US Pacific Time. Prelude music and Zoom access is available about 15 minutes ahead of those start times.
