What are your favorite roadtrip songs?

As Christian journeyers, one of the top albums we can draw from on our trip home is the Psalms. Starting this week with Psalm 16, Pastor Richard begins a new series in the Psalms called "Songs for the Road."

Join us at 10am on Sunday for our service, followed by a potluck lunch, and afternoon service after that!

This Sunday at 10am: "The Prayer of Jesus: Your Kingdom Come." Continuing in his series on the Lord's Prayer, Pastor Richard will work through the second petition of the Lord's Prayer, and how we are to think about God's kingdom coming — both today and tomorrow. Join us!

Today we are thankful for 10 years of God's faithfulness!

We praise God for the successful launch of two ministries over the weekend! 🚀

On Saturday, we did our first Prayer Walk through a South Holland neighborhood, covering it with prayer and chatting with and praying for local residents.

On Sunday, we visited Prairie Oasis Nursing Home to sing, read scripture, pray, and visit with residents.

God is good!

This Sunday, we turn to Colossians as we resume our series, Jesus at the Center. Pastor Richard Zekveld's sermon is titled, "Eyes on Christ!" and he'll preach from Colossians 3:1-4. We'd love for you to join us at 10am!

This weekend, we celebrate 10 years of God's faithfulness to Covenant Fellowship Church. We have a special service planned for Sunday, including Pastor Richard's sermon on Psalm 100 titled, "A Time to Shout." Hope you see you there!

Thanks to everyone who walked with us in the South Holland Memorial Day Parade! It was a beautiful and uplifting time of connecting with our South Holland community!

Join us 10am Sunday for "Fruitful in the Land," the next sermon in Pastor Richard Zekveld's "God in the Mess" series. Yahweh makes his people fruitful in the land. That was true thousands of years ago, and it's still true today as we trust that God will give us a space and place to flourish — while still facing opposition from the world around us. We hope to see you on Sunday!

Pastor Richard Zekveld's "God in the Mess" series continues this Sunday as we read further into Genesis 25, when Jacob steals Esau's birthright. Jacob clearly values a covenant relationship with God, but he goes about pursuing it the wrong way.

We'll ask ourselves: What are we doing with the firstborn status offered us freely in Jesus Christ? Join us at 10am!
