Such a generous community! Thank you so much for this donation! We will put it to good use feeding Island youth.

A total of ✨143 ornaments✨adorned our lil’ Community Tree! Arbor Farm Market and Pan’s Pizza donated $2 for each ornament; combined with monetary donations from Island neighbors, together we raised a total of $500 for Food for Thought!

The funds will go towards providing supplemental wholesome lunch foods and books during the summer for children at risk of hunger in Northwestern Vermont. If you would like to donate to Food for Thought, you can do so year-round through the South Hero Congregational Church.

Thanks to all our thoughtful neighbors who help make this community such a special place! 🎄
