In our weeklong commemoration of Holy Week, today is Good Friday.

This coming Sunday will be Easter and a day of rejoicing as we celebrate the resurrection of our Savior Jesus Christ. Regular services have been moved up to 9:30 am so we can rededicate our recently renovated church at 10:30. God has been and continues to bless this church. Come meet us at the Cross.

Holy Week commemorations begin Palm Sunday, March 29. Jesus enters Jerusalem riding on a donkey while crowds welcome Him with palm branches and shout "Hosanna,"
recognizing Him as the promised Messiah. This marks the beginning of the final week leading to His crucifixion.
Matthew 221-11: John 12:12-19

Join us for Intentional Prayer at 9:30 a.m. followed by our morning worship at 10 a.m. Special Guest Speaker, Steve Denniston, will share “A Case of Mistaken Identity”: Foundation scripture - Matthew 21:1-11
“…”Hosanna to the Son of David!” “Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!” “Hosanna in the highest heaven!”…”

You are invited to join us at 603 Green St., in South Haven.

The events taking place in our world right now are a bit scary. God has promised to be there for us...every day and in every situation.

Philippians 4:6-7 (NIV): "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God".

Each Tuesday, at 7 p.m., we gather in our Fellowship Hall for Prayer Meeting and Bible Study. We typically have hot and cold beverages with a sweet treat to share during our time together. We conclude at or near 8 p.m.

We spend time taking prayer requests for those that are ill, unsaved, traveling, or suffering emotionally. We then go around the room and anyone who feels led to offer a prayer does so. This we do in obedience to Ephesians 6:18 - "Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;"

Following our time of prayer, we study a variety of topics found in the Bible. We have been studying Abraham this month. In the months previous we studied Gems from the Book of Romans and A Simple Sacred Christmas. As in prayer, we go around the room reading the scriptures and discussing what we've learned. Anyone can participate, regardless of background or prior knowledge of the Bible. We welcome all.

Tonight, because of the weather, we will not be meeting at the church but at 7 p.m., Brother Bruce Butgereit will share the scriptures and commentary from his home. You are invited to join us as we learn more about Abraham.

Please consider joining us each week at the church for the Tuesday Prayer Meeting/Bible Study at 7 p.m. and Sunday morning at 10 a.m. for Worship. We have a seat for you, your family, and friends.
