Community Fun: Summer at the Grove is filled with foot races, game nights, cookouts, ice cream socials, movie nights, and our beloved July 4th parade and picnic. The 10K loop runs from the Grove through Bradley Palmer State Park on paved road.

Come for a weekend of prayer, Vespers, the Corporation Annual Meeting, Youth Chapel information night, the Asbury Grove Yard Sale, the Volunteer Appreciation Dinner, the Strawberry Festival, and the first Hymn Sing of the season. Friends of Asbury Grove, especially those who love live music in the Tabernacle, you are warmly invited to a special evening of music, faith, fellowship, and dessert just down the road in Gloucester.

West Gloucester Trinitarian Congregational Church invites you to a concert with Bobby Jo Valentine on Saturday, June 6, 2026 at 5:00 PM.

Bobby Jo Valentine offers heart-opening, award-winning folk/pop music filled with thoughtful lyrics, spiritual depth, humor, compassion, and hope. His songs speak to love, belonging, courage, faith, and the gentle everyday awakenings of an openhearted life. He has shared his music with theaters, house concerts, festivals, and faith communities across the country, including the Wild Goose Festival and the United Church of Christ General Synod.

Katherine DeSilva, an Asbury Grove summer resident, is glad to help extend this invitation to the Grove community. If you enjoy meaningful live music, faithful storytelling, and evenings that leave your spirit a little lighter, this would be a beautiful gathering to attend.

A Strawberry Shortcake Social will follow the concert.
