Our Czech Partners from Frydland Church, shared feedback from participants of their marriage course in the spring. Here are a few words from Pastors Jakub and Dagmar. "We are grateful to have discovered that Marriage Courses are truly for everyone—when we reviewed the initial feedback from the spring “Inviting the Czech Republic on a Date” courses, 56% of attendees reported having a good marriage, while 44% were facing challenges - half and half! We also discovered that roughly 40% of attendees do not attend church regularly — we are thrilled that we were able to reach people outside the church community and offer Marriage Courses to the wider public. And finally, it’s wonderful that among those who were struggling with problems, 70% saw a noticeable improvement in their relationship!"
Wow! That is a statistic to celebrate!

Remember what it was like to open a Christmas present as a child? On this trip you're going to be giving the best gift you could give...the gift of the Gospel to children in Nicaragua. The team will visit two communities with Chosen Children Ministries and run an event (think pinatas, games and food) where about 100 to 150 children will receive a surprise gift, a Gospel presentation and an invitation for discipleship in those churches. Experience is not necessary! This is a great opportunity for a parent and student to serve together! For some of these children, this may be their first gift and their first opportunity to learn about Jesus. Widows in Bangladesh were able to purchase electric sewing machines, thanks to the generous support of community groups at Christ Community. They were also given basic necessities and were able to hear the Gospel, some for the first time!

Several women's community groups raised $12,000 to support widows in Bangladesh. They purchased electric sewing machines, which work twice as fast as their old machines. This will have long-lasting impact because it allows them to support themselves. They were also able to hear about the Gospel, and has a chance to give their life to Jesus! Praise the Lord for how He is moving in Bangladesh!

God has been using Christ Community members to do amazing things in Bangladesh! Several women's community groups fundraised money to support widows in Bangladesh through the 555 Network. These women were provided with immediate necessities and were also given sewing machines, allowing them to produce higher incomes for themselves. In addition, they were told about the good news of Jesus! These ministries give these widows the opportunity to surrender their life to Jesus and get baptized!
