1) Haiti has lots of mountains all over the country.

2) The deepest cave in the Caribbean is in Haiti, called the Grotte Marie Jeanne.

3) Haitians eat spaghetti for breakfast!

4) Haiti is the most densely populated country in the world.

Here are a few fun facts about one of our partners, Chosen Children Ministries, and Nicaragua.

1) The official language of Nicaragua is Spanish, but on the Caribbean coast, English, Misquito, and other native languages are spoken.

2) Nicaragua has the only freshwater sharks in the world.

3) Nicaragua is home to a diverse array of exotic wildlife, including toucans, sloths, and wild boars.

4) Nicaragua, dubbed the “Land of Lakes and Volcanoes”, is home to 40 volcanoes, some of which are active.

5) Chosen Children Ministries has 25 Nicaraguan Churches
