What does it mean to be UNSHAKEABLE?
Last weekend at the Young Catholic Professionals Conference in Dallas, TX, we witnessed nearly 600 hashtag on fire with love for Christ and seeking to be just that:
Unshakeable in their Faith at the expense of worldly successes, comforts, and praises.
We shared the message of our very own unshakeable founder and hosted a screening of PRAY: THE STORY OF PATRICK PEYTON. His mission is alive today, and these young professionals are proof of that.
What a blessing it is to be Catholic and to share in this deep desire to orient our lives toward Christ, to witness to our Faith in the workplace, and to be unshakeable in the particular vocations to which God has called us.
With every keynote, mentor session, and coffee hour, there was a common theme to every discussion:
Prayer.
The truth is that greatness isn't achieved through loud accomplishments, but, as these young professionals witnessed, it is in quietly, humbly giving everything we do back to Christ.
