The Pastor's Pen
There are defining moments in the spiritual life of every believer when God calls us beyond surface-level Christianity into deeper surrender, greater obedience, and wholehearted devotion. During the month of June, we are receiving an invitation for divine transformation. Through our Corporate Worship and Bible Study series, Go All In For God, we are being summoned into a sacred season of intentional discipleship, Spirit-filled renewal, and radical commitment to the purposes of God. The Apostle Paul’s exhortation in Colossians 3:23 provides the foundation for this journey: “And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men.” The Greek implication behind the phrase “heartily” suggests acting from the depth of one’s soul- with full passion, authenticity, zeal, and intentionality. Paul is not merely instructing believers to perform religious duties with enthusiasm; he is calling the Church into a lifestyle where every act becomes an offering unto God.
Far too often, modern faith is reduced to convenience rather than consecration. Yet Scripture consistently reveals that God responds to a wholehearted pursuit. Throughout biblical history, whenever people surrendered fully to God, Heaven moved powerfully in their lives. Abraham went all in through obedience. Esther went all in through courage. Peter went all in when he stepped out of the boat. The early church went all in through prayer, fellowship, worship, and witness- and the world was transformed because of it.
This month, God is inviting us to rediscover what it means to live fully yielded to Him. To go all in for God means:
• Surrendering comfort for calling,
• Exchanging fear for faith,
• Choosing obedience over excuses,
• Embracing service over selfishness,
• And living as visible witnesses of Christ’s love and power in the
earth.
This series vision is intentionally designed to challenge and transform Kingdom Walkers through preaching and teaching centered on:
• Full surrender,
• Radical obedience,
• Passionate witnessing,
• Sacrificial service,
• And grace-filled living.
Corporate worship becomes transformative when believers gather with expectancy rather than routine. Bible study becomes life-changing when scripture is approached not merely for information, but for revelation and application. In seasons where culture grows increasingly fragmented, distracted, and spiritually fatigued, the Church must once again become a people marked by spiritual hunger and holy boldness. June presents an opportunity for renewal. As believers commit themselves to worship, prayer, study, fellowship, and service, they should anticipate God moving in extraordinary ways:
• Healing wounded hearts,
• Restoring vision,
• Igniting spiritual gifts,
• Strengthening families,
• Renewing purpose, and empowering believers to walk boldly
in their calling.
Beloved, God honors surrendered lives. When believers dare to go all in for God, they position themselves to experience not only what God can do through them, but what God desires to do within them. Revival has never begun with perfect people. It has always begun with available people. This month, let us all be determined to be available to God. Let every worship experience become an altar. Let every Bible study become an encounter. Let every act of service become an expression of Christ’s love. Let us not come casually. But rather come prayerfully and expectantly. Let us come ready. Because whenever people fully surrender themselves to God, transformation is inevitable. Let us go all in for God, and watch God move all in our lives.
