Join us Monday, May 18th from 3–4 PM for a fun, beginner-friendly wellness class focused on movement, mental wellness, and community for seniors.

May is National Physical Fitness & Sports Month, and we’re excited to officially launch our FREE Senior Chair Yoga program for seniors in Kanawha County!

Join us for our first class:

This safe, beginner-friendly wellness program focuses on movement, flexibility, balance, mental wellness, and community connection for seniors of all abilities.

We’re also excited to partner with R. Jenee Walker MD from CAMC, who will help lead weekly mental health and emotional wellness moments throughout the program.
