Dear Saints of Indiana North Central,

On behalf of the Jurisdiction and the Johnson-Boyd Families, we regret to inform you of the Earthly transition of Mother Lillie Johnson, the Mother of Pastor Mark & First Lady Boyd. Mother Johnson was a mighty woman of God and a chosen vessel. She was 95 years old and the Pastor Emerita of Miracle Temple COGIC of South Bend, IN until she gave it over to her Son-in-Law. She has been a member of the Church of God in Christ for over 75 years. As we celebrate her life and rich legacy in this great church, let’s continue to pray for the family and Church Family. Final arrangements are pending and details are forthcoming.
