As we reflect on the past two weeks of revival, my heart is filled with gratitude. It was one of the most challenging seasons our church has faced this year, yet it also became one of the clearest reminders that God is always faithful.
We stepped out in faith, trusting that where God leads, He also provides. We prayed for helping hands, and He answered by sending seminarians whose joyful spirits and willing service strengthened our church family and lightened the work.
Then came an unexpected challenge. During the first week, all three of our air-conditioning units failed, leaving us to worship in the summer heat. Yet even then, God continued to move. On opening night, 98 adult guests joined us, along with an incredible number of children. Night after night, people kept returning. If we ever needed confirmation to keep pressing forward, that was it.
One of the greatest blessings of evangelism is that it brings together hearts that have been waiting for hope. Sitting with people, hearing their stories, praying with them, and watching God work in their lives is a privilege that reminds us why this mission matters.
By God’s grace, eight precious souls chose to follow Jesus. Heaven rejoices, and so do we.
To every volunteer, church member, seminarian, musician, greeter, prayer warrior, and supporter, thank you for offering your time and talents to the Lord. Your labor was not in vain. A special thank you goes to Pastor Cody Miller for leading us in this campaign.
Now we turn the page with anticipation as we prepare to welcome the children of our community for Vacation Bible School. God has been faithful, and we trust He is not finished yet.
