The tomb is empty.

And so is every excuse you've been holding onto.

The Resurrection isn't just something you celebrate once a year.
It's something you're called to carry every single day.

Jesus didn't just rise for your salvation.
He rose for your transformation.

The same power that conquered death
lives inside of you.

So lead like it.
Post like it.
Respond like it.
Forgive like it.

You are not who your past says you are.
You are who the empty tomb declares you to be.

This generation isn't reading the Bible.
They're reading you.

Show them someone who actually lives
like death has been defeated.

Live like He actually rose.

Your Friend, Steve.

Before your parents were born. Before their parents were born. Jesus was already thinking about YOU. 🤯❤️ He gave up everything — spared nothing — just to make a way for the whole world. That kind of love is unmatched. That kind of love deserves our praise. 🙏🏾

"He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all — how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?" — Romans 8:32

Affliction. Distress. Persecution. Famine. The sword. 👉🏾 The enemy will throw everything he has at you — but NONE of it can separate you from the love of Christ. Ask Job. The devil did his worst, and Job still didn't deny God. That's the power of a life rooted in Christ. 🙌🏾

"I am convinced that neither death nor life… shall be able to separate us from the love of God." — Romans 8:38-39

When life gets hard, you don't stop — you press the battle on. 💪🏾 People are watching how you carry yourself through the storm. Your praise in the pressure is your testimony to the world. Keep going, church. Keep pressing.

"Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?" — Romans 8:35

What kind of doctor do you want when the stakes are highest?

Not the one who studied the procedure. The one who has performed it thousands of times. The one who has been in the room. Who has held the scalpel. Who has felt the weight of it and still operated with steady hands.

Jesus is that Surgeon. He did not just design salvation from a safe distance. He stepped into it. He wore human weakness. He suffered. He was tempted in every way you have been tempted. He went through it all and came out the other side.

And then he said: Come in. Anyone who needs it. The doors are open.

If you have been carrying something you cannot seem to fix on your own, this is the word for you today. He knows what you are carrying. He knows how to treat it. And he will be there every time you come.

Here is something worth sitting with today.

You can look at every major religion in the world, and none of them offer this: a God who left his throne, took on human flesh, walked life as a man, faced every temptation a person can face, and never sinned.

Hebrews 4:15 says we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses. That word sympathize in the original Greek literally means to suffer alongside. Not to watch from above. To be in it with you.

His name is Emmanuel. God with us. He knows what it costs to be a human being because he paid that cost himself. And now he is at the right hand of the Father, making intercession for you.

When you come to God with your weakness, your failure, your exhaustion, you are not coming to someone who has never understood what it feels like to be you. You are coming to the only One who truly has.

That is what it means to have Jesus as your Great High Priest.

There is a difference between a book that informs your mind and a Word that operates on your heart.

The author of Hebrews says God's Word is living and active, sharper than any double-edged sword. It does not just shape your opinions or adjust your behavior. It goes into the deepest interior of who you are and works at the level of motive and intention.

And the Surgeon wielding that scalpel is not a stranger to your pain. Jesus came down, took on flesh, and entered the operating room of human suffering himself. He is not a theological consultant at a distance. He is the Great High Priest, qualified to heal you from the inside out.

That was the word at our church this Sunday. We are in a 13-week series through the book of Hebrews called By Faith, and this week the message was The Chief Surgeon. We would love for you to join us next Sunday.

God's Word is not like any other book ever written.

Other books can inform your mind, inspire your emotions, and challenge your thinking. But only one book can go into the deepest interior of who you are and work at the level of motive and intention.

Hebrews 4:12 describes it as a surgical instrument sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and spirit, joints and marrow, discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart. That is not the language of education. That is the language of the operating room.

A scalpel cannot do its work at the surface. It has to go in. And the Word of God does the same thing. It does not just touch your behavior. It goes after the reason behind the behavior.

That is good news, even if it does not feel like it at first. Because God does not expose what is inside you to embarrass you. He exposes it so the Surgeon can get to work.

We are in week four of our series, By Faith through the book of Hebrews.

What if I told you that the greatest insurance policy ever written has already been paid for you?

A spiritual heart transplant is not covered by any plan on earth. The bill for what sin has done to the human soul is insurmountable. There is no payment plan, no assistance program, no amount of good works that gets you there.

But there is a government that covers it.

The Kingdom of Heaven is the only government in existence that offers a universal health plan covering you in life and in death. Not based on your income. Not based on your record. Not based on how long you have been a member. John 3:16 is the policy. The blood of Jesus is the premium that was paid. And it was paid in full on a Friday afternoon outside of Jerusalem.

Salvation is the greatest governmental subsidy ever provided. And the only qualification to receive it is that you know you cannot pay for it on your own.

If no one has told you today, you are covered. Not because you earned it. Because he paid it.

"Moses was in the house. Jesus built the house. Moses was a servant. Jesus is the Son. Moses testified about what was coming. Jesus is what Moses was talking about."

That is the heart of Hebrews 3. The author is not diminishing Moses. Moses was faithful. Moses was honored. But everything Moses did pointed forward to someone greater.

Jesus is the Apostle AND the High Priest. He came with the blueprint AND he paid the price. And because he built the house, he deserves our full, undivided attention.

We would love for you to watch the full message this week. Share it with someone who is still on the fence about who Jesus really is.

03/16/2026

He is the Apostle sent from heaven with the Father's blueprint.
He is the High Priest who got his hands into the work and paid the ultimate price.
He is the Master Builder who laid a foundation that no power in heaven or earth can shake.

And if you are in Christ today, he is still building. Still interceding. Still present. He has never stepped off the job site.

That is the word from Hebrews 3 this week, and it is worth sharing.
