Our Children's Trust filed an amicus brief at the U.S. Supreme Court in Suncor Energy Inc. v. County Commissioners of Boulder County, on behalf of eight young people from Boulder, Colorado. The case could decide whether states and local governments retain the power to hold fossil fuel companies accountable for climate harm, and a ruling could influence climate protections nationwide.
