I'm sharing Transient Canvas's event on the Nave Music Series page. I think that both Amy and Matt have played at the Nave at some point, and if they haven't I would love to book them in the future to perform at the Nave, in person and with an audience in the same room!
With all public performances postponed for the near future, I'm glad to see that a number of performers are finding ways to put on shows and engage audiences online. I very sadly have had to shelve the two shows I had already confirmed for Nave Music Series for this spring. One way to make this page useful is to reach all of you that like and follow this page and let you all know about the upcoming shows that you can catch online in the comfort and safety of your own home.
While I'm writing this, I realized that there are absolutely no obstacles to any performers who want to book a Nave Music Series show! That's right! We can now do the whole thing with no expenses, scheduling conflicts, space availability, getting the piano tuned, banging radiator pipes, lack of street parking, and all the rest of the mundane hassles with putting on a show (and there's no clean up afterwards)! If you're interested, just plan an online performance and drop me a note and we'll share it here. I'll be promoting it to our lists and linking to any recordings you might make as well.
Be safe, stay well, and I hope I'll see you at a show in the Fall!
