1. The parish office will be closed tomorrow in observance of the 4th of July holiday. We still have 12noon Mass and 1st Friday Adoration.

2. This weekend is the 14th Sunday in Ordinary Time and happens to be 1st Sunday. There will be blessing of birthdays for the month of July and wedding anniversaries.

3. Let us congratulate Maria Torres, our parish DRE, and Gabriel Rosario for their wedding this Saturday. Congratulations!

4. Happy 4th of July!

1. La oficina parroquial estará cerrada mañana con motivo de la festividad del 4 de julio. Se mantendrán la Misa de las 12:00 del mediodía y la Adoración del primer viernes.

2. Este fin de semana celebramos el 14.º Domingo del Tiempo Ordinario, que coincide con el primer domingo del mes. Se impartirá la bendición a quienes cumplen años en julio y a los matrimonios que celebran su aniversario.

3. Felicitemos a Maria Torres, nuestra directora de educación religiosa (DRE), y a Gabriel Rosario por su boda este sábado. ¡Felicidades!

St. Philip, we will be selling T-shirts, Mugs, and Koozie. This weekend, we will display the T-shirts of 3 different colors. You can pick what color you like and what size, and we will order it. T-shirt will cost $25. Mug will cost $10, and Koozie will cost $5. We will only accept CASH. No check, no credit card.
This is not only a fund raising for our church, but this is also our way of Evangelizing others by wearing our T-shirts wherever you go, and the mug and the koozie with our Logo and website printed on it. I hope you will support this effort. This is for our parish.

Below are items we will be selling.

San Felipe, estaremos vendiendo camisetas, tazas y fundas térmicas (*koozies*). Este fin de semana exhibiremos las camisetas en tres colores diferentes; podrán elegir el color y la talla de su preferencia, y nosotros realizaremos el pedido. El precio de la camiseta será de $25, el de la taza de $10 y el de la funda térmica de $5. Solo aceptaremos efectivo; no se aceptarán cheques ni tarjetas de crédito.
Esta iniciativa no solo busca recaudar fondos para nuestra iglesia, sino que también es una forma de evangelizar al llevar puestas nuestras camisetas a dondequiera que vayan, así como al usar las tazas y fundas térmicas que llevan impresos nuestro logotipo y sitio web. Espero que apoyen este esfuerzo; es por el bien de nuestra parroquia.

Culmination of our Vacation Bible School 2026!

St. Philip, Happy Friday! Few announcements:

1. This Sunday is the 12th Sunday in Ordinary Time and also Father's Day. Let us honor all the fathers this Sunday.

2. The Steeple, finally, will be installed this Tuesday during the day. So, we will move the daily Mass in the Schraubroeck Hall.

3. If you have the Father's Day Spiritual Bouquet envelope, please bring them this Sunday and just drop it in the collection basket.

4. Our VBS is very successful. This evening is the last day of our VBS. Thank you to Maria Torres, our DRE, for the great job for our kids along with her team of volunteers and our Youth Group.

5. Thank you again for your generosity for the Annual Catholic Appeal for this year.

Feliz viernes, comunidad de San Felipe. Aquí tienen algunos anuncios:

1. Este domingo es el 12.º Domingo del Tiempo Ordinario y también el Día del Padre. Honremos a todos los padres este domingo.

2. Por fin, la aguja de la torre (el *steeple*) se instalará este martes durante el día. Por ello, trasladaremos la Misa diaria al salón Schraubroeck.

3. Si tienen el sobre para el Ramillete Espiritual del Día del Padre, por favor tráiganlo este domingo y deposítenlo en la cesta de la colecta.

4. Nuestra Escuela Bíblica de Verano (VBS) ha sido un gran éxito. Esta tarde es el último día de la misma. Agradecemos a Maria Torres, nuestra directora de educación religiosa (DRE), por el excelente trabajo realizado con los niños, así como a su equipo de voluntarios y a nuestro grupo de jóvenes.

5. Gracias nuevamente por su generosidad en la Campaña Católica Anual de este año.

**PRE Catechists Needed**
Our Parish Religious Education program is seeking two catechists for the
upcoming school year: one for 3rd Grade and one for 4th Grade.
PRE is tentatively scheduled to begin on September 13, but we are hoping
to fill these positions as soon as possible so that catechists can participate
in onboarding, training, and curriculum planning meetings over the summer.
No teaching degree is required, just a love for the Catholic faith and a
willingness to share it with our children. Teaching materials, support, and
formation will be provided.
If you feel called to help form the next generation of Catholics, or if you
would like more information, please contact me (Maria Torres). My email
address is located in the bulletin.

**Se necesitan catequistas para el PRE**
Nuestro programa parroquial de Educación Religiosa (PRE) busca dos catequistas para el
próximo año escolar: uno para el 3.er grado y otro para el 4.º grado.
El inicio del PRE está programado provisionalmente para el 13 de septiembre; sin embargo,
esperamos cubrir estos puestos lo antes posible para que los catequistas puedan participar
en la orientación inicial, la capacitación y las reuniones de planificación curricular durante el verano.
No se requiere título docente; solo se necesita amor por la fe católica y la
disposición para compartirla con nuestros niños. Se proporcionarán los materiales didácticos, el apoyo y la
formación necesaria.
