Some pics from Pius’s visit to the 1st graders, where he shared about the importance of serving the Church and what it means to be an altar server. It was wonderful to see the students so engaged, laughing a lot, and asking great questions!

This is NOT the Catholic position on the afterlife. Christian theology presents a clear understanding that the human person is distinct and special in our relationship with God. Jesus presents a vision of eternity he entitles “the Kingdom of God.” Although we do not understand exactly what this means, through the resurrection we can draw the connections that our life matters, our body matters, and our existence will continue beyond this world. The “Kingdom” messaging is intended to reveal that life with God is a beautiful reality!
