HOLY TRINITY is happy to help spread the word about BARN STABLE EQUINE ASSISTED LEARNING and their upcoming A Night at the Races FUNDRAISER on Saturday October 17, 2026.Barn Stable provides meaningful equine-assisted learning e perience that support youth families, and Veterans in our community. ❤️ They are currently looking for sponsors, including cash donations and door-prize donations. Thank you to all who attended our annual dinner. We had 85 guests. The food made by the 7th grade class was delicious and the company was delightful. Thank you to those who mailed donations. Thank you to the committee through their hard work and dedication which made the dinner memorable. If you don't receive our mailings please comment in the reply section. Greetings Alumni and Friends of Holy Trinity School

The Alumni Committee is pleased to announce that our annual dinner will be held on Saturday August 29 immediately after the 5pm mass at Holy Trinity Church. The dinner will be held in the school gym starting with hors d’oeuvres and dinner to follow at 7pm. The dinner will be made and served by the Holy Trinity School. The cost is $30 per person. You are welcome to bring a bottle of your favorite adult beverage. We will not be selling any alcohol this year.

* This year we will celebrate the golden jubilee of the class of 1976. *

Last year through our fundraisers and your generous contributions we awarded a

$2,000 scholarship to Jack Mertens. Our contributions to school needs for the year totaled $10,800. We used this money to assist with the school addition, Latch-key program and the Garden Party Kiddie Corner. We made $8,727 from football squares, euchre tournaments, garage sale, Kringle’s Kloset and our annual appeal.

Our speaker this year is Father Emmanuel. Reverand Dr. Fr. Emmanuel Adu Addai was born in Maase Offinso, Ghana. He studied theology at Major Seminary. Fr. Emmanuel received two master’s degrees from Boston College and a Doctorate in Medical Ethics from Loyola Chicago University. He was ordained as a priest in July 2009. He served at St. Anthony Church in Columbus, and was chaplain at Genesis Hospital and Bishop Rosecrans High School. In 2021, he published a book, “Medical Ethics: A Physician’s Guide to Clinical Medicine”. Fr. Emmanuel is founder of The Pawa of Love Foundation that supports children in underdeveloped villages and education systems in Ghana. Currently, he is the pastor of St. Rose of Lima and Saint Patrick’s Church in Perry County.

Dr. Derya Rix will join the school as the new principal, succeeding William Noll after his dedicated ten years of service. A published author and accomplished scholar. Dr Rix holds a PhD in Politics from Durham University in England, an MA in History from Bilkent University, Turkey and is completing an MA in Theology at Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio.

She is the mother of six with her youngest children attending our school in the fall. She brings exceptional academic leadership and a vision that will lead the school to a new level of excellence in academics.

The alumni association endorses The Peggy Ryan Perpetual Endowment. It is allocated for the school and managed by The Catholic Foundation. The endowment receives funds from donations, estate planning, and fundraising. The Catholic Diocese invests and sends a yearly disbursement to the school. The advantage of a perpetual endowment is that the funds grow and continue to permanently generate increased revenues over the years. If you would like to donate to the Endowment you can include a separate check to “The Peggy Ryan Perpetual Endowment.”
