Today marks one year anniversary of the day I was voted in as pastor of our church, and as I look back, my heart is filled with gratitude.
I can honestly say that I never take the opportunity God has given me to pastor this church for granted. To stand behind this pulpit, preach His Word, pray with His people, rejoice in the victories, and walk alongside families through the difficult times is a blessing beyond words.
There have been moments of joy, moments of tears, moments when the road has been easy, and moments when it has been difficult. But through every season, God has been faithful. He has given me strength when I was weary, wisdom when I didn't know what to do, and grace when I didn't deserve it.
I am so thankful for every person who has prayed for me, encouraged me, stood beside me, and trusted me to be their pastor. I am thankful for this church family and for every soul that God has placed in our congregation.
Pastoring is not just a position—it is a calling, a responsibility, and a privilege. I am humbled that God would allow me to serve Him in this way.
My prayer is that I will always remain faithful to the calling, faithful to God's Word, faithful to this church, and faithful to the people He has entrusted to my care.
Thank you, Lord, for choosing me, trusting me, and allowing me to serve. I am truly blessed and deeply thankful.
Here's to another year of serving Jesus, loving people, reaching souls, and believing God for greater things!
To God be all the glory!
I love you all ❤️
