Rev. Dr. Robert Watkins Named Bethel University Interim President

The Board of Trustees of Bethel University in McKenzie, Tennessee, has chosen Rev. Dr. Robert (Bob) Watkins to be the Interim President of Bethel until a replacement for Dr. Walter Butler is found. The Board is making great strides toward a permanent replacement but with the holidays upon us and wanting to do due diligence in finding the new President, the Board made the decision to employ an interim. Bob will begin his duties the first of January 2024. (11/14/2023)
