Solon's small church Our purpose; To nourish the body and the soul by knowing God through word and service. We have several food ministries. We love our community and each other.

Free soup delivered to those who want it. We serve free Thanksgiving and free Christmas dinners. We help folks when they need it, whether they are just someone in our community, or a member of the church. Be it money, Christmas gifts, food, or even furniture! We want to serve God in any way He tells us. Thank you

A free community service provided by Our Lord's Church with hot soup, bread and a fruit every Saturday delivered to your home
Call 624-5056 by Wednesday for Saturday delivery.

We have a Spring bake sale, a Fall luncheon and bake sale, a free Thanksgiving dinner, a free Christmas dinner and last but not least a candy sale. Watch The Solon Economist for dates
We will celebrate 13 years in July and would like to thank the community for your support.

Everyone is busy doing their part in preparing for the bake sale/soup luncheon. Mine is making chili and baking apple pies. A good friend dropped off a peck of cooking apples, so they are all prepared and in the freezer. c'mon and join us, we really have a good time!

I am so proud of this church. Been there since day 1, including the founding and the business of gettting everything started and choosing service to the community.
