Mark Krizer brings us a lesson on Commitment in the Lord's service. If we're not committed, then the Devil has us where he wants us. Consider what Jesus said about being luke warm. What are signs of not being committed to serving the Lord? What can I do to increase my commitment to God? Come study God's Word with us!

In all honesty, being a Christian is not something that comes with sample packs. Either we commit to serving the Lord God Almighty, or we just as well don't ...

For Wednesday night class (22-NOV-2017) we plan to start Lesson 11 on page 36. (Please have lesson 12 completed as well, since it is the questions for lesson 11.)

We all need a solid foundation in understanding Bible basics in authority. This is the main reason we have such religious division throughout the world today - we must understand how to "handle accurately the Word of Truth," 2 Timothy 2:15.

The resurrection of Jesus is central to Christianity!

Jesus said He would rise the 3rd day (If didn’t, then was a false prophet) - John 2:19; Matthew 12:40; 27:63; Mark 8:31-32; Luke 24:7, 21

The apostle Paul confirmed it as central to our faith -
I Corinthians 15:12-19: If Christ is not raised, our faith is in vain, we are still lost in our sins, and above all men are to be pitied!

The resurrection is historical certainty – Luke 24:1-9; I Corinthians 15:1-4

The empty tomb stands as evidence that Jesus “is not here, but He has risen” and gives us hope!

"He Is Not Here, But He Has Risen!"...
