Wednesdays are awesome @ Freedom Church.

Last night, we learned that our self-perception doesn’t come from people’s image of us; we were created in the image of God.

“Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? Or am I trying to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ.”

We are here to love people, but not to obsess about pleasing them by fitting into their image of us.
