MCC Male Chorus Celebrates 31st Anniversary

The MCC Male Chorus proudly celebrated its 31st Anniversary. It was a wonderful occasion filled with thanksgiving for the many years God has blessed and sustained the ministry. The special guests were the Greene County Male Chorus and the Mt. Calvary Male Chorus. The anniversary program was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone in attendance.

What a glorious and unforgettable moment it was as members of Maury Chapel Church (MCC) were baptized at Moye’s Chapel!
Pastor Hudson, along with our Mothers, Deacons, and church members, were blessed to be present and witness this beautiful step of faith.
We celebrate each person who took this step and pray that God will continue to strengthen, guide, and keep them as they journey with Him.

BACK-TO-SCHOOL MOVIE NIGHT AT MCC WAS AWESOME!

What an AMAZING Back-to-School Movie Night we had at MCC! Our children, church family, and friends came together for an evening filled with meaningful conversation and powerful life lessons. Through the movie Forgiveness Girl, our young people were given an opportunity to talk openly about bullying, friendship, peer pressure, rejection, kindness, faith, and forgiveness.

As our children prepare to return to school, we pray that they will carry these lessons with them—not just in their backpacks, but in their hearts.
FIVE MAIN LESSONS TO TAKE AWAY:

1. OUR WORDS MATTER.

2. DON'T FOLLOW THE CROWD.

3. EVERYBODY MAY BE FIGHTING A BATTLE YOU CANNOT SEE.

4. FORGIVENESS DOES NOT MEAN WHAT HAPPENED WAS OKAY.

5. JESUS CALLS US TO LOVE DIFFERENTLY.
