✨ Our church family had the joy of filling and sending shoeboxes full of love, supplies, and hope all the way to Honduras! 🇭🇳 Each box is a reminder that even the smallest gifts can carry the light of Jesus across the world. 💛

A huge thank you to Bucket for picking them up from us and helping make sure they get to the hands that need them most. 🙌

We are so thankful for the chance to be part of this mission and to see God use these simple shoeboxes to touch lives this Christmas. 🌍✝️

🌈 VBS Night 4 Recap!

Last nigtht we learned about Nicodemus and how God forgives us ✝️💖. Jesus told Nicodemus that to see God’s Kingdom, we must be born again.. not in our bodies, but in our hearts ❤️, when we believe in Him and let Him make us new 🙌✨.

We played all kinds of fun rec games 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️, made beautiful beaded bracelets 📿, and danced our hearts out 🎶🕺💃, and spent a long time reading God's word 🙏🏻

Every laugh 😂, every song 🎵, and every bead strung together 🌟 reminded us that God’s love washes us clean and gives us a brand new life in Him! 🙏

🐞 VBS Night Three = Totally BUGGED OUT! 🐞

Today’s Point: God loves me! ❤️🦋

We may have looked silly in bug eyes and wings, but tonight’s truth was powerful: Jesus knows everything about us, and still loves us. Just like He did for the woman at the well, He offers us living water that never runs dry. (John 4:1–30) 💧❤️

📖 “But whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again.” – John 4:14

Here’s a snapshot of our bug-tastic evening:
🧚‍♀️ Made bee wings & bug masks to wear
🏃 Played rec games & youth group silly challenges
🍧 Enjoyed snowcones to cool off thanks to The Ice Box
🫧 Chalked the sidewalks and chased bubbles
🎶 Danced our hearts out in worship
🐞 And of course… came dressed totally BUGGED OUT!

And most importantly… we learned that God’s love is personal, powerful, and never-ending.

🌧️ VBS Night Two = Wacky, Wonderful, and Full of Truth! 🌧️

Today’s Point: God cares about me! 💙☔️

From neon rain boots to umbrella hats, our Wacky Weather Day was bursting with joy.. and truth! We learned that no matter what storm we face, Jesus is with us. He cares, He calms the chaos, and He brings peace. (Mark 4:35–41) 🌊✝️

📖 “The disciples woke Him and said to Him, ‘Teacher, don’t You care if we drown?’ He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, ‘Quiet! Be still!’” – Mark 4:38–39

🐝We danced with bumblebees
🎨Painted rocks and canvas bags
🐜Played in a giant “ant hill”
🫧Had a blast with bubbles and sidewalk chalk
🎶 Learned our theme song and worshiped LOUD
🌈 Most importantly… we learned that Jesus brings calm to every storm.

During our outside time it started storming, we had to get under shelter and then the kids started pointing out a big rainbow in the sky!! & the rainbow stayed around for the rest of the evening for each rotation to point out! It was amazing seeing this all take place right in front of our eyes!! Thank you to our amazing God for bringing us the wacky weather front and center and showing just how much You care for us!

The joy, the laughter, the truth of God’s Word — it was only Night Two and we’re just getting started!

🌟 VBS Night One = A Blast! 🌟

Today’s Point: God sees me! 👀💛

We had 76 kids buzzing with energy as we kicked off the week learning that the same God who created everything still wants to spend time with us! Jesus welcomed the children (Mark 10:13-16) and showed that we are important to God.

📖 “But to all who did receive Him… He gave them the right to be children of God.” - John 1:12
We kicked off the week with so much fun and faith-filled adventure!

🖌️ Painted birdhouses & beehives
🌸 Planted beautiful flowers
🔍 Went on a giant bug scavenger hunt
🏓 Youth ping pong competitions & rec time
🕺 Met Raven & Red and danced our hearts out
📖 And most importantly… we learned that GOD SEES ME.. and He sees YOU too!

The joy, the laughter, the truth of God’s Word, we are just getting started, and we can’t wait for what’s next! ✨
