Today, we had the opportunity to step outside the walls of our church and simply love people well.

We prayed over people and handed out snacks at Piggly Wiggly, sang with and spent time with residents at the Marianna Rehab Center and Courtyard Rehabilitation, wrote cards for veterans, and checked in with folks along Salem Church Road—praying with them, sharing snacks, and reminding them that they are loved.

We didn’t get pictures at every stop (we were a little too busy serving 😉), but these pictures capture just a glimpse of what today was all about.

Worship God Fully.
Grow in Faith.
SERVE OUR COMMUNITY.
Disciple as We Go.

Today, we got to live out our mission in some really special ways.

Thank you, Salem family, for showing up, serving with willing hearts, and being the hands and feet of Jesus in our community. 💙

What a sweet afternoon of fellowship! 🌺🫖

The ladies of Salem Wesleyan Church and Grand Ridge Methodist Church gathered together at Southern Love Catering in Dothan for a lovely tea party! Along with delicious treats and wonderful fellowship, the ladies enjoyed a devotional from Proverbs 27:9, reminding us of the sweetness and blessing of godly friendship and encouragement.

We’re so thankful for times like these to laugh, connect, encourage one another, and grow together in faith!
