The consistent witness of the Church has been to oppose all forms of sexual immorality, whether heterosexual, homosexual, or tr*******al.

The old man, who is full of lust and sexual immorality, is to be put away. The new man is being renewed after the image of the Creator—the one true and holy God.

The Holy Spirit brings holiness, and holiness always involves sexual purity.

1 Thessalonians 4:2-5
For you know what instructions we gave you through the Lord Jesus. [3] For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you abstain from sexual immorality; [4] that each one of you know how to control his own body in holiness and honor, [5] not in the passion of lust like the Gentiles who do not know God;

The desire to continue practicing sexual immorality as a lifestyle is evidence that you have never been born again, that you have not truly believed on the Lord Jesus Christ, and that you have not received the indwelling Holy Spirit, whose coming we recently celebrated as the Church.

Luke 11:9-13
[9] And I tell you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. [10] For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened. [11] What father among you, if his son asks for a fish, will instead of a fish give him a serpent; [12] or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion? [13] If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!”

Cease seeking the desires of the flesh. Turn to Christ, and ask the Father to give you the Holy Spirit. This is the witness of the Scriptures—the witness of the apostles, the prophets, and all the faithful who have truly received their testimony concerning the incarnate, resurrected, and ascended Christ Jesus.

He is coming soon. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.
