Springhouse Church GO Outreach We are an outreach of Springhouse Church to our community and the world, sharing the love of God the Father through Christ. WHO: All Welcome!

Someone witnessed to me, and because
of that I am able to be a part of the family of God. I want to share
that with others! WHAT: Being the hands and feet of Jesus Christ, Meeting both the physical and spiritual needs of our community. To teach, disciple, encourage and help them to mature.

What a GREAT week we have had Community Servants, Inc. With our group from Faith Church of Zeeland, Michigan student ministries serving with their High Schoolers and leaders.

They are an every two year group and we SO look forward to the even number uears when they return.

Thank you Danyelle Roon for the way your team served and left their loving, Christlike DNA all over our campus!!!

We hate to see you leave, but are already looking forward to your return in 2028!!!

Praise Report

Since we returned to the USA, Ron has been on a natural celular health protocal. It is a challenge and tough to leave some favorite foods behind, but he’s already seeing some good results. “Press on to the goal…”

In July we will be receiving a youth team in Honduras, who will minister to our students, hold an Olympic team day, do a feeding brigade and more. We hope to get the dorm remodel advancing quickly for new children. Very much looking forward to this time.

As missionaries, we are supported by faithful friends and partners. We have accomplished many things through faith over the years, and God has used our faithful partners to provide for our mission endeavors.

We are so very grateful! THANK YOU! Your reward is sure for the many lives saved and changed.

For 40 plus years on the mission field, we had no permanent place to park our car and spend a little recuperation time in our own place before we would start our travels to promote both New Life Children’s Home and Peru church planting.

Due to health issues I had for a season, we decided to step out in faith for a house in Broken Arrow, OK. We love it!

However, we do have a need for several new monthly partners. This past year we have gained a few and it has gotten us pretty near our goal.

Please pray about becoming a monthly partner with us for $50, $100 or more.

Prayer Needs

1. The river trip with Pastor Warring to the Tapiche River has been rescheduled for 28th of June, because the boat contact had some health issues to deal with. Thank you to Encounter Church for covering the expenses for this trip!

2. Pray for strategy in training our leaders and wisdom to encourage them in their call to spread the Gospel.

3. Pray for provision for our upcoming airfare to Honduras and Peru $2,500.

Thank you for praying for our travels and kingdom building in the nations.

Some Updates from Hezron Obado and NAFASI Mentorship

We thank the Lord for how far He has brought us. Indeed, we are witnessing His goodness.

Schools have now reopened, and we will resume our normal mentorship program as well as the pastoral program for discipleship.

We also have a scheduled virtual meeting with all our campus students to catch up with them and learn how they are doing in their respective universities and internship placements.

The Nafasi ya Mama project will kick off this May with about 10 women participating in the program for six months. They will be equipped with diverse skills to create income-generating opportunities, enabling them to provide for their children through their earnings. We need much prayer at this stage, as significant resources are still required to train these women and provide them with the tools to sustain their projects. The previous cohorts from our last trainings are doing well, and our team regularly follows up with them to track their progress.

The poultry project is thriving. We sold the first batch and made a profit, which enabled us to purchase a deep freezer for storing chickens when they are ready for market. A new batch of chicks is arriving at the camp tomorrow, and we believe it will be successful as well. We also desire to build another structure for layers so we can produce eggs for sale.

I am happy to report that we have secured the additional land. Although it is not yet fully paid for, we have made a down payment to cover the surveyor’s fee so the process can continue. The owner agrees that we should acquire the land, as it will support the future expansion of the Nafasi Mentorpoint project.

There is a lot more to report about the ministry, but I will leave it at this until a comprehensive report is prepared soon.
