Community Bible Study is an interdenominational Bible study for the community.

When we open to Joshua chapter one, we meet a man who’s about to lead an entire nation into the land God promised them, which is a HUGE job.

But who is he?

There’s a whole life behind him before we ever get to chapter one… a childhood in Egypt, a name change, years spent standing next to Moses.

They’re little pieces scattered through the earlier books that start to add up once you go looking for them.

We’ve pulled together a few of them here, and there’s more waiting in the first lesson as we dig into Joshua together!

We start our study of Joshua next Wednesday, Sept 2nd, and we can’t wait to hand out your books so you can begin discovering who Joshua is and what God does through him!

We are holding two Craft Days this August, on the 12th and the 19th, at King Springs Baptist Church!

Craft Day is intended to be a fun day where we can all reconnect at the end of summer before the first day of class, all while helping prepare bits and pieces of the crafts that our CBS children will be working on throughout the year during their classes!

Everyone is welcome, including children, though there will be no explicit childcare.
