This Sunday is also Father's Day, a time to celebrate your birth Father and your heavenly Father.

A time for memories of your Father whether you had him for a long time or for a short time.

A time to reflect on all the things you did together or the things you wish you had done together.

When God seems distant, trust in God’s unfailing love.

Call out to Him and put your trust in Him. He will never turn you away.

This Sunday June 7th the Second Sunday after Pentecost the sermon title is "Best… or Less?" The scripture is Acts 24:10-16.

The theme will address that for decades I have believed and lived by the maxim, “Good enough never is.”

That is to say less than our best is not sufficient, or adequate.

This Sunday May 31st Trinity Sunday the sermon title is "Google Got It Wrong". The scripture is John 14:1-5.

The sermon will address the issue that we all know where we are going in our faith walk—but we do not always know how to get there.

Trinity Sunday is dedicated to honoring the foundational Christian doctrine of the Holy Trinity.

We proclaim the mystery of our faith; God in three persons the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

This Sunday May 24th Pentecost Sunday the sermon title is "Your Hair Is On Fire!" The scripture is Acts 2:1-4.

Pentecost commemorates the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles and other followers of Jesus Christ.

Pentecost used to be the primary feast in the ancient and medieval church.

Today, it is simply little more than an ordinary Sunday with perhaps some special decoration on the altar.
