T minus 7 days until camp!!!! YYYYIIIPPPPPEEEE!
LEADER MEETING This SATURDAY the 27th It WILL START AT 10:00am. This meeting will be at the 600 SOUTH CHURCH HOUSE IN SMITHFIELD--- **NOT the Stake Center.
THIS is where you will get T-shirts for your ward, campsite assignments, kitchen duty assignments and much, much MORE!
THREE. NEWLY REVISED SCHEDULE ATTACHED. You will see meal prep and clean up assignments, what's happening when and what days, all kind of wonderful things. Please print these off at your convenience to make sure all ward leaders and YCL's have one.
FOUR. In previous email I've sent a few attachments: a map of how to get to Cinnamon Creek, list of rules, and a Manti camp map. Please also print these up for the leaders in your ward coming to camp. In another previous email there was also a detailed food menu. These are for ward leaders to meet with daughters with special needs in their diet and have them (parents) send up food to replace some of what we are doing, or the leaders can buy a few things those girls need! It's important to know that these special diet needs are to be taken care of at the WARD LEVEL. THanks!
FIVE. We are asking for help to gather a few items for some crafts and things that we think we can get enough of if we all help! IF you bring these for all to use... PLEASE HAVE EACH AND EVERYTHING LABELED that you would like returned to you. Some things you might not need returned....Scissors, glue guns, old or gently used T-shirts that will be cut up and used to make headbands, cool whip and/or sour cream lids, magazines (preferably New Eras), newspapers for underneath painting, small sized terra cotta pots for personal bonfires, and old towels for water volleyball.
SIX. We would like to get a count of how many bishopric members/wives, etc will be coming to be with us Thursday night for dinner. We should've probably asked this a while ago... but we are just thinking we estimated correctly on that. So PLEASE find this out in your wards, and email me back asap or text me (katie) at 760-1234 with your ward number, and how many bishopric members, and/or wives that will be coming and if they are planning on staying over Thursday night or heading home.
SEVEN: Last but not least! Your parental permission slips are past due! They are supposed to go to Jena Black and her address is 570 South 200 East in Smithfield. We are doing the final count and making sure we have all slips, so please please make sure you have ALL of yours to her by this FRIDAY!
